Online Order Processors

We are seeking urgent Online Order Processors to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling online orders received through platforms such as WhatsApp, Shopify, and Foodpanda. They will process these orders accurately according to customer requirements and ensure timely shipment. Occasionally, candidates may be required to deliver orders using their own bike, with a delivery charge of PKR 400 per trip.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process online orders via WhatsApp, Shopify, and Foodpanda.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications.
- Coordinate with shipping services to dispatch orders promptly.
- Deliver orders on a bike when necessary, for which additional delivery charges will be compensated.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Matriculation or Intermediate.
- Willingness to work 10 to 11 hours per day in two shifts: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Must own a bike to facilitate deliveries when required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Starting salary package ranging from PKR 32,000 to PKR 35,000 per month.
- Meals and tea provided during working hours.
- Work location is in person.
