We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Product Listing Coordinator to join our remote team. This role involves managing a high volume of print-on-demand (POD) and custom apparel product listings across major online marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, and Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketplace listing processes, be proficient with design and spreadsheet tools, and possess a solid understanding of platform-specific requirements. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule, offering a competitive salary range.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate large volumes of product listings for POD and custom apparel on eBay, Etsy, and Amazon platforms.
- Create and upload product mockups using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Utilize advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions, including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP, to organize and maintain listing data efficiently.
- Prepare and update Amazon flat files accurately to ensure compliance with Amazon’s listing standards.
- Apply detailed knowledge of Etsy product attributes and eBay listing specifics to optimize product visibility and sales.
- Monitor listings regularly to ensure accuracy, update product information, and troubleshoot any issues related to marketplace requirements.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure product listings align with brand standards and promotional strategies.
- Maintain organized records of listings and related data for reporting and analysis purposes.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketplace product listing, preferably with POD and custom apparel.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for creating product mockups.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including the use of VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP functions.
- Strong understanding of Amazon flat file templates and the ability to manage bulk uploads and updates.
- Familiarity with Etsy’s attribute system and eBay’s listing requirements and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining clear communication with the team.
