We are seeking a dedicated Product Listing Manager to join our print-on-demand e-commerce business on a full-time, remote basis, located in Rawalpindi. This role involves leading a team responsible for managing product listings across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee team performance, ensure quality control, optimize listing processes, and develop strategies to enhance listing effectiveness. This position requires strong leadership skills combined with hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the product listing team to ensure timely and accurate listings.
- Maintain high-quality standards through rigorous quality control checks.
- Optimize listing workflows and processes to improve efficiency and output.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost listing performance and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze listing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence across the team.
- Coordinate with other departments to align listing activities with overall business goals.
- Stay updated with platform-specific requirements and changes on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce, and other relevant backend systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Expertise in e-commerce SEO and data analysis to drive listing performance.
- Proven experience in managing SOPs and process documentation.
- Familiarity with major listing platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and WooCommerce.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing a team effectively.
