Online Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a full-time Recruitment Consultant based in Lahore, Pakistan, to join our team remotely. This role operates on a morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 75,000 to 150,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing candidates to final hiring. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, and a commitment to meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet client requirements.
