Online Sales Executive

Epic Graphics, a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Islamabad, is seeking a full-time remote Sales Executive to join their team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, managing the sales pipeline effectively, closing deals, and collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels.
- Present and promote the agency’s creative and digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative and delivery departments, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Continuously update knowledge of digital marketing trends to better position agency services.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of two years of professional experience in sales, preferably within digital marketing or related industries.
- Relevant educational background or equivalent practical experience in sales or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and client data.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
