Key Responsibilities

Attend and manage sales leads received through multiple channels, including WhatsApp, social media, website inquiries, and other digital platforms.
Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right ZERO water purification solution.
Educate customers about our products, features, benefits, and pricing to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Follow up with prospective customers, address their queries, handle objections, and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
Maintain accurate lead records and ensure timely follow-ups for every inquiry.
Deliver an excellent customer experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.

Who We’re Looking For

Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and other digital communication channels.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
