Online Sales Specialist

Hair Matters, a leading hair care brand based in Gulberg V, Lahore, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Sales Specialist to join our team. This full-time, on-site role operates from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and focuses on managing both inbound and outbound online sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to establish strong relationships with customers while promoting our range of hair care products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Promote Hair Matters’ hair care products and guide customers in selecting the right items.
- Manage online sales inquiries and diligently follow up with potential customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing exceptional support.
- Convert leads into sales and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain professional and clear communication across all relevant online sales channels.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in call center operations or sales is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills combined with effective sales techniques.
- Confidence in handling customer inquiries and the ability to close sales.
