Online Senior FP&A Analyst / FP&A Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team on a full-time remote basis, working from Islamabad, Pakistan. This role operates during morning hours and offers a competitive monthly compensation range of PKR 400,000 to 500,000. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company’s financial planning and analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. The position also involves working closely with SaaS revenue metrics and ensuring robust KPI governance to drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare detailed management reports and conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Monitor and analyze SaaS revenue metrics, providing insights to optimize revenue streams and growth opportunities.
- Oversee KPI governance, ensuring key performance indicators are well-defined, tracked, and reported consistently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and support financial decision-making.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on financial analysis to senior management.
- Continuously improve financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or financial analysis roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
- Professional finance qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CIMA, or CFA are mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at various levels.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
