Online SEO Manager

This is a full-time remote SEO Manager position based in Multan, Pakistan, working the morning shift. The role involves managing all aspects of SEO for an international Odoo ERP consulting company. The successful candidate will take ownership of technical SEO, keyword research, content strategy, on-page optimization, link building, local SEO, competitor analysis, and performance reporting. This position requires a proactive individual with 2 to 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, familiarity with relevant SEO tools, strong English communication skills, and the ability to analyze data effectively. The salary range for this role is PKR 20,000 to 40,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute technical SEO initiatives to improve website performance and search engine rankings.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with SEO goals and business objectives.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.
- Implement and manage local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in targeted geographic areas.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B or technology-related environment.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts including site architecture, crawlability, and indexing.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international teams.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve SEO performance.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
