Online Shipping & Logistics Intern

A remote, full-time Shipping & Logistics Intern position is available for a six-month duration based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The role operates on a morning shift from 11 AM to 8 PM and offers a monthly stipend of PKR 10,000. This internship provides hands-on experience in supporting international e-commerce shipping operations, including shipment tracking, dispatch coordination, maintaining inventory logs, handling customs documentation, resolving shipping-related issues, and managing data through Excel. The position is ideal for final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science or IT who have relevant exposure to supply chain, e-commerce, or ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating international shipments and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and update records regularly.
- Prepare and manage customs documentation to facilitate smooth clearance.
- Identify and resolve issues related to shipping and logistics operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking shipments, inventory, and other logistics data.

Required Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate with a BS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Relevant training, internship experience, or certification in supply chain management, e-commerce, or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Access to a reliable computer with stable internet connectivity and power backup to support remote work.
