Online Short-Term Rental Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Short-Term Rental Operations Coordinator to join a UK-based short-term rental business, working remotely from Lahore, Pakistan. This role involves managing day-to-day operations of serviced accommodations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and supporting property management activities. The position requires a hands-on approach to reservations, guest relations, turnovers, and maintenance coordination, with a focus on efficiency and quality. The role operates primarily during evening hours and includes participation in an emergency on-call rota.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage reservations and booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Handle guest communications and resolve escalations promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate turnovers and cleaning schedules to prepare properties for incoming guests.
- Oversee maintenance requests and liaise with vendors or contractors to ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize property management systems to track bookings, payments, and operational workflows.
- Participate in an emergency rota to address urgent issues outside regular hours.
- Collaborate with the UK-based team to align operational standards and reporting.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of three years’ direct experience in short-term rental or serviced accommodation operations.
- Proven expertise in managing reservations, guest escalations, turnovers, and maintenance coordination.
- Proficiency with booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Experience using property management systems relevant to short-term rentals.
- Ability to work evening shifts and participate in an emergency on-call schedule.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
