A growing AI and HR technology company is seeking a full-time Social Media Specialist based in Lahore to join their remote team. This role operates on a morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 75,000 to 150,000. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand presence, engage target audiences, and support overall business goals. The position requires managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms, creating compelling content, fostering community engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content tailored for LinkedIn and other social media channels.
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Build and nurture online communities to increase follower engagement and brand loyalty.
