Online Software Developer

We are seeking a full-time Software Developer based in Lahore, Pakistan, to join our team in a non-managerial capacity. This role offers the flexibility of remote or online work during the morning shift. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of professional experience in software development and will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining a manufacturing ERP system. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production, inventory, and operations, is essential to ensure the system meets business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain the manufacturing ERP system to support business processes.
- Work closely with production, inventory, and operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure smooth system functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Ensure timely delivery of software updates and enhancements aligned with operational priorities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or online setting while maintaining effective communication with team members.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
