Key Responsibilities

Online Store Support:
- Process and fulfill online orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
- Engage with customers by responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Update and maintain product listings with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to guarantee product availability.

Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing office supplies.
