Swift Schooling offers a structured online education platform serving students across Pakistan and overseas Pakistani families. We are currently seeking enthusiastic female teachers to deliver quality instruction in Mathematics, Computer Science, Urdu, and Islamiat for students in Classes 3 through 8. This role involves teaching within a flexible online environment, supporting our mission to provide accessible and effective education.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the assigned subject to students in Classes 3–8.
- Utilize online teaching tools such as Google Classroom and Google Meet to conduct classes and manage assignments.
- Adhere to the scheduled teaching hours, ensuring consistent student engagement and progress.
- Participate in interviews and training sessions conducted via laptop.
- Review and align teaching methods with Swift Schooling’s academic programs, module structures, and student support systems.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 16 years of education in the relevant subject area.
- At least one year of teaching experience in the relevant subject.
- Ability to teach the selected subject effectively to students in Classes 3–8.
- For Urdu and Islamiat teachers, fluency in both Urdu and English is mandatory.
- Candidates must be young and energetic, preferably under 30 years of age.
- Proficiency in Google Classroom and Google Meet is essential.
- Technical readiness including a personal laptop, reliable Wi-Fi connection, and a minimum of three hours of power backup is mandatory. All teaching and interview activities must be conducted using a laptop.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Background in O Level, A Level, or Federal Board curricula is highly preferred.
- Flexible teaching schedule with classes conducted between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Teachers are required to teach 5 hours per week within this time window.
- Payment is calculated based on teaching hours per month, providing a clear and fair compensation structure.
- Work location is fully remote, allowing for a flexible and convenient teaching environment.
