We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Operations Assistant to join our team in Karachi on a full-time basis. This role involves supporting various aspects of fleet management, including GPS and telematics monitoring, vehicle dispatch, driver coordination, and maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance. The position also requires follow-up with workshops and managing temperature-controlled shipments. The role operates during morning shifts and offers flexibility with remote or online work modes. Some travel will be necessary. The salary range for this position is PKR 45,000 to 70,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor GPS and telematics systems to ensure efficient fleet operations.
- Coordinate vehicle dispatch schedules and manage driver assignments.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance and service history.
- Follow up with workshops to ensure timely vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Oversee temperature-controlled shipments to guarantee compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and other team members to resolve operational issues.
- Support fleet management processes to optimize vehicle usage and reduce downtime.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or Automotive Technology, or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in fleet operations or commercial vehicle maintenance.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or online environment.
- Willingness to travel as required by operational needs.
