Online Technical Integration & Data Services Contractor

This is a full-time remote contractor position based in Karachi, Pakistan, requiring night shift availability. The role involves supporting REST APIs, managing software integrations, overseeing data processes, and providing technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling API-related tasks and data validation within complex systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain REST APIs to ensure reliable and secure data exchange.
- Manage software integrations across various platforms and services.
- Oversee data processing workflows, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT).
- Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve issues related to APIs, databases, and data flows.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and integration.
- Utilize tools such as Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI for API testing and documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in API support, software integration, or related technical roles.
- Proficiency in working with REST APIs and data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth.
- Experience using API testing tools like Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database management.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data validation techniques.
- Competence in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the automotive industry, specifically with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), is highly desirable.
