Online Tender Operations Coordinator / Bid Coordinator

This full-time remote position based in Lahore offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Tender Operations Coordinator / Bid Coordinator, managing tender and bid activities primarily across Germany and Europe. The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating research efforts, tracking critical deadlines, reviewing and organizing tender documents, and maintaining communication with suppliers to support the overall bid process.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with researchers and internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Track and monitor deadlines to ensure timely completion of all bid-related activities.
- Review tender documents thoroughly to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers and partners to obtain required documentation and clarifications.
- Organize and maintain bid files and documentation in an efficient and accessible manner.
- Support the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in tender operations, bid coordination, or a related field.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting purposes.
- Experience in document management and the ability to handle multiple files systematically.
- Ability to read and understand tender and contract documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
