Online Travel Consultant

This is an entry-level, full-time remote position for a Travel Consultant based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The role operates on a morning shift and offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 50,000. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience in the travel industry. This position involves providing expert travel advice to customers, coordinating and booking various travel services, managing detailed itineraries and reservations, resolving routine customer issues, and maintaining accurate booking records.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers on travel options, including destinations, transportation, accommodations, and activities, to help them make informed decisions.
- Coordinate and book travel services such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours, ensuring all arrangements meet customer requirements.
- Manage and maintain detailed itineraries and reservations, keeping customers informed of any changes or updates.
- Resolve routine issues related to bookings, cancellations, or travel disruptions promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records and documentation for internal tracking and reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a travel consultant or related customer service role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and service providers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems and reservation platforms.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
