Online Trustpilot & Google Business Profile Specialist - Individual Freelancer

We are seeking a skilled freelance professional based in Islamabad to manage Trustpilot accounts and optimize Google Business Profiles on a remote contract basis. The role requires a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience and involves working primarily during the evening shift, with scheduled communication aligned to UK business hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, sending genuine review invitations, responding professionally to reviews, reporting policy violations with supporting evidence, optimizing profiles, and providing detailed performance reports. This opportunity offers a monthly budget range of PKR 50,000 to 70,000, with separate quotations requested for audit and ongoing work in GBP.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough audits of Trustpilot and Google Business Profiles to identify areas for improvement.
- Send authentic and compliant review invitations to customers to enhance profile credibility.
- Craft professional and timely responses to customer reviews, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Report policy violations with clear, evidence-based documentation to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Optimize business profiles to improve visibility, engagement, and overall performance.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports detailing progress, insights, and recommendations.
- Maintain consistent communication during UK business hours to coordinate tasks and updates effectively.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of two years’ practical experience managing Trustpilot and/or Google Business Profiles.
- Proven ability to conduct audits, manage review invitations, respond to reviews, and optimize profiles.
- Strong understanding of platform policies and best practices for review management and profile optimization.
- Ability to provide two verifiable work examples demonstrating relevant experience and successful outcomes.
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone suitable for customer interaction.
- Availability to work evening shifts with scheduled communication aligned to UK business hours.
- No formal degree required; emphasis placed on practical experience and demonstrated skills.
