Onsite Upwork Bidder with 3+ years of experience

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist with a strong background in Upwork bidding and a solid understanding of WordPress, the MERN stack, and AI agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to secure high-quality projects, effectively communicate with clients, and convert leads into long-term business relationships. This role demands professionalism, excellent negotiation skills, and a results-driven approach to managing international clients and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and submit winning proposals on Upwork to secure high-value projects.
- Manage client communications to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Leverage expertise in WordPress, MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), and AI-based solutions to identify opportunities and present relevant offerings.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals that align with company goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
- Strong technical and business understanding of WordPress projects.
- Proficiency in the MERN stack technologies: MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of AI agents and AI-based solutions.
- Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and successfully close deals.
- Experience working with international clients across different time zones.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Fixed basic salary with additional commission ranging from 5% to 10% on every successfully closed project.
