• Minimum 5 years experience in a technical operations role for an enterprise Microsoft Exchange environment
  • SME knowledge of and ability in use of Exchange 2010/2013/2016
  • At least 1 year of Powershell and Administrative Scripting Experience, specific to an Exchange environment
  • Oversee and execute tasks pertaining to the maintenance and administration of the overall O365 system including: SharePoint Online, One Drive, Intune and Teams
  • Hybrid configurations between on-premises Exchange Server and Office 365
  • Single Sign On (SSO) integrations with ADFS
  • Administer and support Office 365 Azure and Exchange policies
  • Understanding of Microsoft Skype
  • Demonstrated ability in use of Cisco IronPort SMTP routing appliances.
  • Troubleshooting Messaging Server issues, working in collaboration with other relevant IT areas and vendor support towards a quick and effective resolution.
  • Will have responsibility to help address/resolve Tier2 and Tier3 tickets related to collaboration systems.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver results on time with high quality
  • Write procedures and documentation for processes to aid in troubleshooting and review –
  • After hours operational support will be required

This is a remote work from home contract supporting a client in Canada. work hours are 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
