Responsible for making sure that control process for incoming raw materials are in place and applied and for the effective organization of the lab activities with in the plant. In this capacity:
- Lead the lab team and make sure the team is qualified for all required testing
- Set up RM/PM testing within the lab and with other Ontex plants
- Execute and optimize non-routine lab testing
- Ensure process are effectively executed (KPI on sample request and complain handling process)
- Ensure lab team is calibrated and accurate
- Organize and execute controls on incoming raw materials
- Communicate with the manufacturing, supply chain and suppliers on deviation for raw materials
- Support the root cause analysis on deviations on raw materials
- Ensure incoming control process are effectively executed (KPI on incoming control)
- Ensure deviation are addressed (KPI on non-conforming raw material through complaint management)
