Operation Manager

Sukooon is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our retail store in Lahore. This role is ideal for a professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in operations management who is eager to contribute to a growing team and enhance store performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational processes, managing staff, and driving customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment. This is an in-person position based in Lahore, offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all retail store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to maintain store standards and compliance.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in retail operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
