We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of our software house. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between development, QA, design, and support teams while maintaining high productivity, quality, and project delivery standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and process management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure all teams are aligned with project goals.
- Monitor project timelines, delivery quality, and team performance.
- Improve workflows, create SOPs, and implement operational best practices.
- Coordinate between internal teams and assist in resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain effective communication with clients on progress and issues.
- Support HR in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for management.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of operations or project coordination experience in software/IT.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and team workflows.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines simultaneously.
