Operation Manager/Project Manager

ProgrammX is looking for an experienced Operations & Systems Manager to join our team and work closely with a UK-based client. This role suits a proactive professional who thrives on turning ideas into clear, actionable plans, improving processes, and ensuring efficient task completion. The successful candidate will be instrumental in organizing workflows, managing project tools, and supporting overall operational excellence within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate meetings, discussions, and voice notes into well-defined tasks and actionable plans.
- Manage and maintain project organization using ClickUp, ensuring all projects progress smoothly and deadlines are met.
- Oversee and organize Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other operational platforms to maintain seamless operations.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Monitor project deadlines, identify potential obstacles early, and proactively follow up with teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare clear and concise operational reports for leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and optimize workflows across various functions.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Operations, Project Management, Delivery, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable engaging directly with senior stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or loosely defined requirements.
- Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to streamline work processes and enhance efficiency.

Location and Work Details
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, offering a hybrid or remote working arrangement. The working hours will align with the UK client’s time zone to ensure smooth collaboration. The salary range for this role is competitive, between Rs200,000 to Rs250,000 per month, depending on experience.
