Operation Officer

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and managing logistics operations specifically for clients based in the USA. The candidate will be responsible for tracking and tracing shipments, overseeing inventory management, and managing vehicle routes efficiently. Effective communication with drivers, port authorities, and other network partners is essential to ensure smooth operations. The position also includes handling dispatch operations, preparing and submitting billing documentation, and delivering detailed reports to customers using Excel and Business Intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer service and manage logistics operations for USA-based clients.
- Track and trace shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Manage vehicle routing to optimize delivery schedules.
- Communicate regularly with drivers, ports, and network partners to coordinate logistics.
- Handle dispatch operations to ensure timely shipment processing.
- Prepare and submit billing documents accurately.
- Generate and provide reports to customers using Excel and BI platforms.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably handling international shipments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Business Intelligence reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with drivers, ports, and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle dispatch operations efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with USA clients or in a similar international logistics environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with route management software and inventory tracking systems.
- Candidates should be flexible to work in early morning or early evening shifts as per operational requirements.

Shift Timings:
- Early Morning Shifts: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Early Evening Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Compensation:
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs 45,000 to Rs 65,000 depending on experience and shift.

Work Location:
- This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated workplace.
