Operational Execution Lead – O&M

INTECH Automation & Intelligence is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Lead to join a dynamic team focused on delivering excellence in field services across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities sectors. This role is critical in managing O&M operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while driving sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will contribute to strengthening customer partnerships and advancing INTECH’s position as a leading provider of managed services and technical solutions through operational excellence and innovative service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Resource Management:
Lead O&M field operations with a focus on safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. Oversee resource planning, mobilization, rotations, and workforce performance to optimize operational output. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance service delivery and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with HR and internal teams on workforce planning, localization efforts, and succession planning.

Customer & Contract Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers to ensure contract performance aligns with agreed KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs). Manage contract renewals and identify commercial opportunities to expand service offerings. Conduct regular customer reviews to assess satisfaction and explore potential growth areas.

Business Growth:
Identify new business opportunities, including maintenance contracts, shutdown projects, and managed service engagements. Support bid preparation, technical proposals, staffing plans, and commercial negotiations. Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to deliver tailored, customer-focused solutions that meet market demands.

Leadership:
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain departments. Foster a culture centered on operational excellence, safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Represent INTECH in customer meetings, operational reviews, and project mobilizations, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline is essential. Candidates should have 8 to 12 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 4 to 5 years within the Oil & Gas industry. Proven expertise in industrial Operations & Maintenance, maintenance management, and reliability practices is required. Experience managing O&M contracts, operational delivery, customer relationships, and commercial performance is critical. A solid understanding of PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems is necessary, along with familiarity with WHCP, Christmas Tree, and RTU panels. Candidates should demonstrate strong capabilities in resource management, team leadership, conflict resolution, and handling operational escalations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Exposure to automation, control systems, and electrical/instrumentation services will be considered an advantage. Experience in bid management, contract renewals, account management, and business development is highly valued.
