Operations & Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Operations & Accounts Administrator to support the daily operations of our tyre outlet located in Johar Town. This role carries significant responsibility, requiring someone who can efficiently manage back-office accounting records using QuickBooks, supervise physical inventory, and ensure smooth customer service on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will be proactive in maintaining operational flow, especially when the owner is engaged with purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & QuickBooks: Accurately record all daily sales, purchase receipts, and payments in QuickBooks Pro to maintain up-to-date financial records.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock movement, conduct mandatory physical stock verifications regularly, and prepare daily inventory reports to ensure stock accuracy.
Cash Control: Manage daily cash flow, reconcile cash on hand with sales records at the end of each shift, and maintain transparency in cash handling.
Operations Support: Supervise floor staff, handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone professionally, and ensure the shop operates smoothly in the absence of direct owner supervision.

Required Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of QuickBooks Pro and MS Excel is essential. Candidates will be required to complete a practical test during the interview to demonstrate their skills.
Experience: Proven experience in retail store operations or inventory management is necessary to handle the responsibilities effectively.
Attributes: The role demands absolute honesty, meticulous attention to detail, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility to maintain operational integrity.
Communication: Clear and professional phone etiquette along with strong interpersonal skills are required to manage customer interactions and staff supervision efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs35,000. The work location is on-site at the Johar Town outlet, providing an opportunity to engage directly with daily operations and inventory management. Candidates should be prepared for a practical simulation test involving accounting and inventory reconciliation as part of the interview process.
