As a Customer Success - Operations Analyst, you will take on a pivotal role that combines data analysis with process optimization to enhance the efficiency of the customer success function. Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer success data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators related to customer success. Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to understand their operational challenges and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements. Document existing customer success workflows to ensure clarity and consistency across the team. Oversee the transition process from sales to customer success, recommending improvements to optimize handoffs. Utilize automation tools to reduce manual tasks and increase overall team efficiency. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather actionable feedback and identify areas for service enhancement. Assist in planning for the scaling and growth of the customer success team. Partner with the compensation team to design and manage incentive programs that motivate and reward high performance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field from a recognized institution. Between 1 to 3 years of experience in customer success, customer operations, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with customer success metrics and operational processes. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A tech-savvy mindset with experience in automation and process optimization tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities. A genuine passion for driving customer success and building a career in customer operations.
