We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Customer Success - Operations Analyst who is passionate about leveraging data to optimize processes and drive automation. This tech-savvy professional will focus on analyzing customer success data, developing insightful reports and dashboards, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency. The role is crucial in supporting customer success managers (CSMs) by streamlining workflows and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer success data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key customer success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with customer success managers to understand their needs and identify process optimization opportunities.
- Document customer success processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Oversee the sales to customer success handoff process, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
- Utilize automation tools to reduce manual workloads and increase operational efficiency for the CSM team.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.
- Support planning initiatives for the growth and scaling of the customer success team.
- Partner with the compensation team to design and manage incentive programs that motivate performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, customer operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with customer success metrics and operational processes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- A tech-savvy mindset with experience in automation and process optimization tools.
