Operations Associate - Dental Billing

The role requires working the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM and involves hands-on involvement in managing the entire dental billing process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing dental claims for submission to insurance companies.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and address any billing discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with dental practices and insurance companies regarding claim status and issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Accurately input data and maintain patient records using billing software.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance billing processes and resolve operational issues.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM).
- No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
