Operations Coordinator

Expert BackOffice Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our expanding team. This role is based in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, and requires working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing utility accounts and maintenance activities across multiple retail locations, ensuring accuracy in billing and invoices, and supporting operational efficiency through effective coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage utility accounts by coordinating service setups, transfers, and closures for various retail sites. Conduct thorough audits of utility bills and maintenance invoices to detect discrepancies, overcharges, or duplicate payments. Liaise with landlords, vendors, and utility providers to address and resolve maintenance and service-related issues promptly. Track maintenance expenses carefully, verify invoices for accuracy, and identify opportunities to reduce costs. Maintain detailed and accurate records of expenses, invoices, payments, and any pending service requests. Prepare operational reports regularly and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues. Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance operational processes and implement cost control measures.

Required Qualifications
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Excellent communication and coordination abilities are required to effectively manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is necessary for auditing and reporting tasks. A solid understanding of invoice verification, expense auditing, and reconciliation processes is critical. Attention to detail and financial accuracy must be demonstrated consistently. The ability to independently manage multiple priorities with accountability and a proactive approach is important.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in retail operations, utility management, or maintenance coordination will be considered an advantage. The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs90,000 to Rs100,000. This is an in-person role requiring presence at the specified location during the night shift hours.
