Operations Coordinator (Remote Operator) - US Moving Company

We are seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to join a US-based moving company, working remotely from Karachi. This role involves managing customer communications, coordinating move bookings, assigning crews, and maintaining accurate records within the company’s CRM system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on job details, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring smooth operational flow. The position requires strong English communication skills, proficiency with computers and CRM software, and a reliable home internet connection and equipment. Candidates must be available to work during US Eastern Time hours, which corresponds to night shifts in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and text messages promptly and professionally.
- Book moving jobs accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
- Assign moving crews to scheduled jobs based on availability and location.
- Maintain and update CRM records to reflect current job status and customer information.
- Follow up on job details to confirm schedules and address any outstanding issues.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational challenges to ensure timely service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall company operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with US-based customers and team members.
- Proficiency in computer use, including familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
- Reliable home internet connection and appropriate equipment to support remote work.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US Eastern Time zone.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
