Operations & Delivery Manager — Solar Roof Data

YourPower Labs is seeking an experienced Operations & Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery process of our solar roof-analysis projects based in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role involves managing client communications, coordinating with the annotation team, ensuring quality control, and guaranteeing timely delivery of all project batches. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, highly organized, and capable of translating client requirements into efficient workflows while maintaining strong team alignment and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling calls and written updates, clarifying project scope, setting expectations, and managing postcode datasets from kickoff through to final delivery.

Plan and Track Delivery: Break down client batches into manageable tasks, assign work to the annotation team, monitor progress against deadlines, and proactively identify and escalate risks.

Lead the Annotation Team: Onboard, support, and align annotators responsible for validating roof segments and running jobs, ensuring consistent quality standards are maintained.

Quality Assurance: Review validated roofs and rendered outputs for accuracy and consistency before delivery, and coordinate necessary corrections to uphold quality.

Manage Delivery Pipeline: Oversee the rendering and delivery of completed jobs, confirming accurate and complete receipt by clients.

Coordinate with Sales and Leadership: Provide regular updates on operational capacity, workload, and delivery timelines to maintain a sustainable workflow and support business growth.

Oversee Client Artwork: Liaise with designers to ensure mail artwork is produced accurately and delivered on schedule.

Plan Team Capacity and Growth: Assess team workload, communicate hiring needs to leadership, and participate in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Reporting: Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients and leadership regarding project status, risks, and expected delivery dates.

Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in throughput, rework, rendering, uploads, and delivery, driving continuous workflow enhancements.

Required Qualifications

Excellent English Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal forms, acting confidently as the client’s main point of contact.

Experience with English-Speaking Clients or Workplaces: Familiarity with UK business communication standards and expectations.

Proven Project Management or Operations Experience: Demonstrated success in managing projects, leading teams, and meeting recurring client deadlines.

Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail: Capable of juggling multiple tasks while identifying quality issues that others may overlook.

Effective People Leadership: Ability to motivate, align, and hold a team accountable without micromanagement.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using web-based platforms, spreadsheets, Google Drive, and quick to learn custom annotation and rendering tools.

Ownership Mindset: Treat client commitments and deadlines as personal priorities.

Willingness to Work On-site: Based at Al Hafeez Executive, Lahore, with flexibility to overlap UK working hours for client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous, along with background in workflow management, operational process improvement, data annotation, GIS/mapping, solar energy, or delivery/BPO operations. Prior experience managing teams and quality assurance processes is also beneficial.
