Operations & Delivery Manager — Solar Roof Data

YourPower Labs is seeking an experienced Operations & Delivery Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our solar roof-analysis projects based in Lahore. This role involves managing client communications, coordinating the annotation team, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, translating their requirements into organized workflows, while maintaining alignment and productivity within the team. This position requires working on-site at Al Hafeez Executive with some overlap during UK business hours to facilitate client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Own the client relationship: Manage all client interactions including calls and written updates. Receive and clarify project requirements and datasets, set clear expectations, and serve as the single point of contact from project kickoff through to delivery.

Plan and track delivery: Break down client batches into manageable tasks, assign work to the annotation team, monitor progress against deadlines, and proactively identify and escalate risks.

Lead the annotation team: Onboard, support, and align annotators responsible for validating roof segments and running jobs, ensuring consistent quality standards are maintained.

Quality-check the work: Review validated roofs and rendered outputs for accuracy and consistency before delivery. Request corrections when necessary to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Manage the delivery pipeline: Oversee the rendering and delivery process to ensure jobs are completed correctly and confirm receipt with clients.

Coordinate with sales and leadership: Keep internal teams informed about operational capacity, workload, and delivery timelines to maintain a sustainable workflow.

Coordinate client artwork: Liaise with designers on behalf of clients to ensure mail artwork is produced accurately and delivered on schedule.

Plan team capacity and growth: Assess team workload and capacity, communicate hiring needs to leadership, and participate in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Report clearly: Provide transparent updates to clients and leadership on project status, including completed work, ongoing tasks, risks, and expected delivery dates.

Improve the process: Identify bottlenecks in throughput, rework, rendering, uploads, and delivery, and implement continuous improvements to optimize workflows.

Required Qualifications

Outstanding English communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in both meetings and written correspondence. Experience working with English-speaking clients or within a UK business environment is essential.

Proven project management and leadership experience: Background in managing operations or delivery teams with recurring client deadlines, including team leadership and accountability.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail: Ability to juggle multiple tasks while identifying quality issues that others may overlook.

Effective people leadership: Skilled in motivating and aligning teams without micromanagement, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Comfort with technology and data: Proficient in using web-based platforms, spreadsheets, Google Drive, and quick to learn custom annotation and rendering tools.

Strong ownership mindset: Treat client commitments and deadlines as personal priorities. Willingness to work on-site in Lahore with some UK hours overlap.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, workflow management, and operational process improvement is highly desirable. Familiarity with data annotation, GIS/mapping, solar energy, or delivery/BPO operations adds value. Prior experience managing teams and quality assurance processes is a plus.
