We are seeking a dedicated Operations & Documentation Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, preferably within freight forwarding operations and documentation. This role requires availability for the night shift, working from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan time, with exclusive commitment to the position. The salary range offered for this role is PKR 50,000 to 70,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily freight forwarding operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary documentation related to freight forwarding, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth logistics and resolve any operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to shipping and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases to reflect current shipment statuses and documentation.
- Support the operations team in streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks related to freight forwarding operations as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding operations and documentation.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and documentation requirements.
- Ability to work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan time with full dedication.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in managing operational workflows and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
