As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated Operations Associate to join our team. This role is essential in streamlining operations, supporting production activities, and enhancing efficiency throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate procurement processes, manage inventory levels, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure a smooth flow of products.
- Assist in Production & Quality: Collaborate closely with production teams to plan schedules, monitor output, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Drive Project Execution: Track project timelines, manage deliverables, and prepare detailed operational reports for leadership review.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Serve as a liaison between operations, sales, and branding departments to facilitate seamless communication and execution.
- Problem-Solve on the Spot: Employ practical and resourceful solutions to address challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Total Quality Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and street-smart, capable of thriving in dynamic situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, along with experience using project management tools.
