Operations Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Operations professional to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting daily port operations by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate record-keeping and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily port operational activities to ensure seamless workflow.
- Liaise effectively with shipping lines, transporters, Customs authorities, and internal departments to facilitate operations.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage operational reports and documentation with accuracy.
- Monitor vessel schedules, cargo movements, and gate activities to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Address operational issues promptly, escalating matters when necessary to maintain smooth operations.
- Support data analysis and reporting tasks using Microsoft Office applications, enhancing decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Only degrees attested by HEC or a recognized university will be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Knowledge of port, terminal, logistics, or shipping operations is highly advantageous.
- One to two years of experience in port, terminal, shipping, or logistics operations is preferable.
- Familiarity with port management systems and cargo handling processes.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder coordination and operational reporting.
