Job Title: Operations Executive

Salary: PKR 40,000 – PKR 60,000 per month

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to manage daily business activities and ensure smooth, efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver capable of coordinating across multiple teams, streamlining administrative processes, and supporting the company to operate at its highest potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily operational tasks to ensure seamless workflows across departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, sales, and management to track project progress and meet deadlines.
- Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and recommend practical solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain organized databases, company records, and operational reports.
- Oversee resource allocation, inventory management, and general administrative duties as required.
- Support management in implementing new operational policies and strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in operations, administration, or project coordination roles.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
