This role involves managing the sourcing and procurement of bicycle spare parts, components, accessories, tools, and other materials essential for repair and operational activities. Key Responsibilities
- Source bicycle spare parts, components, accessories, tools, and other materials required for repair and operational activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, required quality, and timely availability of parts.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and coordinate purchase orders and deliveries.
- Maintain vendor records, procurement details, purchase history, pricing, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with repair and operations teams to understand parts requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor availability of frequently required parts and support inventory replenishment to minimize operational delays.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including documentation, record keeping, scheduling, and coordination.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams on pending requirements, deliveries, payments, and operational matters to ensure smooth business operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, procurement, administration, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Experience or understanding of parts sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to identify and source required spare parts, tools, accessories, and operational supplies from suitable vendors.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional vendor relationships.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, record keeping, purchase tracking, and administrative documentation.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
