Operations Executive- Logistics

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role involves managing relationships with carrier partners across the United States, coordinating shipments from pickup to delivery, and ensuring smooth transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing carriers throughout the United States to support the company’s transportation network.
- Source and onboard new carrier partners to expand and strengthen logistics capabilities.
- Coordinate shipments from pickup through final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Monitor shipments proactively and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams to maintain transparency.
- Negotiate competitive buying rates with carriers to improve profitability.
- Manage shipment dispatch operations to ensure efficient load movement and resource utilization.
- Resolve shipment delays, operational challenges, and service exceptions promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation and update Transportation Management Systems (TMS) regularly.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Carrier Customer Support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay informed about trucking market trends, carrier availability, and pricing fluctuations to make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and operational standards at all times.
- Ensure timely receipt of delivery documents to facilitate accurate and prompt invoicing for customers.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation operations is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Salary Range: Rs60,000 to Rs100,000 per month.
