Operations Executive (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

This role involves managing the sourcing and procurement of bicycle spare parts, components, accessories, tools, and other operational materials essential for repair and maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure bicycle spare parts, components, accessories, tools, and other materials needed for repair and operational activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and manage purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, procurement details, purchase history, pricing information, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with repair and operations teams to understand parts requirements and ensure prompt procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels of frequently used parts and assist in replenishment to prevent operational delays.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in operations, procurement, administration, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Experience or understanding of parts sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to identify and source required spare parts, tools, accessories, and operational supplies from appropriate vendors.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional vendor relationships.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, record keeping, purchase tracking, and administrative documentation.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
