Operations & Growth Lead

We are looking for a motivated Operations & Growth Lead to join our team in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. This role demands a dynamic professional who can drive sales growth while managing live, on-ground operations in a fast-paced delivery environment. The successful candidate will skillfully balance business development initiatives with hands-on operational management to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads and onboard potential clients, focusing primarily on e-commerce partners.
- Oversee day-to-day live operations, including managing riders, order flow, and dispatch efficiency.
- Monitor order fulfillment processes, rider performance, and maintain overall service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of deliveries.
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize delays and improve operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or delivery operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, particularly riders or field staff.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, real-time operational environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
