- Maintain accurate project plans, implementation trackers, and client documentation to provide clear visibility into progress and outstanding items.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and status updates for client meetings, capturing decisions and action items.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability and task completion.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, process maps, KPI scorecards, and operational trackers.
- Proactively identify delays, risks, and blockers, resolving issues independently when possible or escalating with context and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships while holding stakeholders accountable in a respectful and professional manner.

A typical day involves reviewing active client projects and implementation trackers to prioritize tasks, prepare for client meetings, provide status updates, and coordinate with stakeholders. You will also create SOPs, develop KPI scorecards, update documentation, and resolve operational issues. Regular communication with U.S.-based clients and internal teams ensures commitments remain on track. The day concludes with updating trackers, documenting progress, identifying risks or blockers, and setting priorities for the following day.
