Operations Manager

We are seeking a confident, organized, and proactive Operations Manager to join our growing social media and content production agency based in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This full-time, on-site role begins with a 45-day paid trial period during which the candidate will receive a monthly stipend while learning our systems, workflow, and production process. Reporting directly to the Project Head, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring projects progress smoothly, deadlines are met, and team members remain accountable without constant supervision. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership when necessary. Successful completion of the trial period will lead to a permanent full-time position with increased responsibilities and a revised salary structure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Project Head to oversee daily production operations.
- Coordinate tasks among video editors, designers, and other team members, ensuring clarity on priorities and deadlines.
- Consistently follow up with team members to monitor progress and maintain momentum on projects.
- Manage projects from initial assignment through revisions to final delivery, ensuring quality checks before advancement.
- Handle revisions, feedback, file management, and all project-related communication efficiently.
- Identify potential delays or issues early and take proactive steps to resolve them.
- Keep the Project Head informed about project status, team performance, and any challenges.
- Balance workloads and priorities when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain organized project boards, files, task lists, and production systems.
- Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and step in to lead daily operations as needed.
- Contribute to improving internal workflows and processes to support company growth.

- Background working in creative agencies, marketing agencies, production houses, or similar environments.
