Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Manager / Junior Project Head to join our team onsite in the Nazimabad/Shadman Town area. This full-time position requires working night shifts and offers an excellent opportunity for long-term growth within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible, consistent, and ready to take ownership of managing teams and projects while meeting client deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage team members effectively, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Oversee and balance team workloads to maintain productivity and meet project goals.
- Manage client deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
- Address project backlogs proactively and keep all ongoing projects on track.
- Work efficiently under pressure, maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
- Commit to full-time night shifts and demonstrate reliability in attendance and performance.
- Take ownership of projects and contribute to the company’s growth by developing leadership skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to understand and manage workload distribution within a team.
- Experience in handling client priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and responsibility.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 12 months with the company.
- Availability for full-time night shift work.

Training, Stipend & Contract:
Selected candidates will undergo a one-month unpaid training period. During this time, a monthly stipend will be provided to cover fuel and commuting expenses. Upon successful completion of training and satisfactory performance, candidates will be offered a full-time contract with a minimum commitment of 12 months.
