Mars Junction is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations within our BPO environment based in Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, driving performance, and ensuring that organizational goals are consistently met. This role demands strong leadership skills and significant experience in the BPO or call center industry, especially in fast-paced, target-driven settings. The Operations Manager will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and fostering a motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily BPO operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely achievement of targets. Monitor team performance closely, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and overall operational efficiency. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to Team Leads and staff to encourage professional growth and high performance. Regularly analyze operational reports and implement performance improvement plans as necessary. Collaborate effectively with HR, Training, Quality Assurance, and Compliance departments to align operational goals. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and operational standards. Promote employee engagement initiatives to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years’ experience as an Operations Manager within a BPO or call center environment is essential. Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive sales campaigns and manage performance metrics effectively. Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities are required. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools for data analysis and performance tracking is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in front-end closing will be considered an advantage. The role offers a competitive salary package ranging from PKR 200,000 to 300,000 per month. The position requires availability for night shifts and the ability to reliably commute or relocate to Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi.
