Operations Manager

Careception is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This role requires a results-oriented leader who can effectively manage and motivate teams within a fast-paced telemarketing environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ managerial experience, specifically within telemarketing, and be capable of driving performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring smooth daily operations. This is an on-site position requiring availability for night shifts, and candidates must be based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate telemarketing teams to consistently achieve targets and maintain high productivity.
- Monitor KPIs, quality standards, and overall team performance to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee daily tasks and ensure operational goals are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Manage team challenges under pressure, maintaining accountability and discipline.
- Identify performance gaps and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Maintain operational efficiency and uphold team discipline.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of three years’ experience in a managerial role, with a strong background in telemarketing.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving KPIs in a results-driven environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills and a focus on delivering measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
