Operations Manger F&B

We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Operations Manager for a full-time position based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hotel and food sector, with up-to-date knowledge of the latest food trends. This role requires a hands-on leader who can efficiently manage daily operations, coordinate with clients, and drive the execution of innovative food events while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth running of all food and beverage operations.
- Manage client queries and address their demands promptly and professionally.
- Plan and implement the latest food trends and organize special events.
- Efficiently manage staff and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels, proper issuance, and minimizing wastage.
- Control budgets and financial aspects to ensure cost efficiency and operational proficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to handle dynamic situations.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management and cost control practices.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- High attention to detail in all aspects of operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with experience in the hotel and food sector and familiarity with current food trends will be preferred. The position offers a competitive salary range of Rs. 37,000 to 55,000 per month, inclusive of company benefits. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This is an in-person role located in Islamabad, providing an opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a thriving environment.
